Role & responsibilities:

• Process, verify, and maintain healthcare records, medical claims, or data in the back-office system with high accuracy.
• Perform daily data entry and document verification while strictly adhering to healthcare compliance guidelines .
• Identify and resolve basic discrepancies in health records or insurance claim files.
• Coordinate with team leads and operations to meet daily turnaround time targets.
• Maintain strict quality benchmarks and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Experience: Freshers (0 years of experience).
• Education: Any Graduate BBA,BA,BMS, BCOM (2026 Batch exclusively).
• Notice Period: Immediate Joiners only.
• Skills: Good computer knowledge, basic MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel), and solid typing speed with high accuracy.
• Shift Requirements: Must be comfortable working in Night Shifts.
