Back Office Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and policy servicing.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams for policy processing.
• Maintain inward records and ensure timely completion of operational tasks.
• Prepare MIS reports and track policy-related data.
• Follow up on customer service requests and claims status.
• Ensure timely resolution of queries while maintaining TAT and service quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate with 1 years of experience in General Insurance Operations/Back Office.
• Good knowledge of policy processing, renewals, and endorsements.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
