Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain vendor database, documentation, contracts and performance records.
Source, onboard and manage relationships with new and existing vendors.
Compare and negotiate vendor rates for cost-effective procurement.
Coordinate with vendors and transporters to ensure timely deliveries.
Manage daily operations, client requirements, and cross-functional coordination.
Coordinate product/vendor finalisation and ensure quality and accuracy.
Collaborate with partners to improve product range and service quality.
ELIGIBILITY
• Graduate with at least 1 year of relevant experience in business operations, vendor management or a related role.
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office/V Lookup
