Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline; B.Com / BBA / BBM / Insurance-related qualification preferred.
• 13 years of experience in insurance back-office, insurance broking, agency, banking or financial services preferred.
• Knowledge of General Insurance / Health Insurance / Motor Insurance will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email and internet-based applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills with insurance companies, TPAs and customers.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle documentation systematically.
• Good attention to detail, especially while checking quotations, policy documents, premiums and endorsements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Knowledge of Kannada and English is preferred; Hindi would be an added advantage.
• Candidates with experience in insurance renewals, endorsements, claims coordination and policy servicing will be given preference.
