Back Office Executive

Job Summary: 

We are looking for a diligent Back Office Executive with exceptional English communication skills, proficiency in MS-Excel, strong attention to detail, and the ability to conduct internet research. The primary role involves providing critical support in data management, research, and maintaining accurate records.

Job Responsibility:

• Maintain and update data records using MS-Excel.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity.  
• Conduct thorough internet research on various topics, including browsing through websites and extracting relevant information, especially from ticketing websites.  
• Update extracted information on our software platform accurately and promptly.  
• Regularly monitor information on ticketing websites for any changes and compare data to identify discrepancies.  
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability. Pay meticulous attention to details
• Effectively communicate findings and updates with the team. 
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. 

Specification / Skills / Experience: In addition to possessing good communication skills, being self-motivated, internet-savvy, focused on delivery and paying attention to detail, the candidate should have excellent knowledge and experience in the following technologies/areas:
