Back Office Executive / Supply Chain Specialist

We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive candidates to join our Logistics & Supply Chain team. The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting day-to-day logistics operations, shipment coordination, customer communication, documentation, and backend processes

Key Responsibilities:

Voice Process:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and clients.
• Provide shipment and delivery updates.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Resolve transit and delivery-related queries promptly.
• Ensure effective communication and customer support.

Non-Voice Process:

• Review and verify post-delivery documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify missing or incomplete documents and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
• Update shipment status, documentation, and other details on internal systems and client portals.
• Handle customer emails and provide timely responses.
• Process invoicing, payments, and related backend documentation after verification.
• Maintain accurate data entry and records across multiple systems and portals.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and client-specific requirements.
• Support day-to-day backend operations related to logistics and supply chain processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good communication and customer coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Ability to work efficiently in a process-driven environment.
• Knowledge or experience in Logistics and Supply Chain operations will be an added advantage.
• Experience in backend operations, customer coordination, shipment tracking, or documentation will be preferred.
