Aftersales Support Coordinator

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Aftersales Support Coordinator to

support our Service Department and ensure smooth coordination between customers,

service technicians, spare parts, logistics, sales, payment follow-up and administrating

service contracts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, back office

administration, sales coordination, or service coordination. The position will play an

important role in managing day-to-day aftersales activities the ensuring timely support

to customers.
