We are Hiring Back Office & Compliance Executive

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh | Work from Office

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily back-office and operational activities for investment advisory services.
• Handle client onboarding, KYC and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
• Manage CRM operations, lead allocation and sales order processing.
• Prepare MIS and operational reports.
• Ensure adherence to SEBI guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Assist with regulatory reporting and compliance documentation.
• Monitor regulatory updates and support implementation of required changes.
• Handle client queries, complaints and service requests professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth business operations.
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Back Office, Operations or Compliance.
• Experience in Financial Services, Investment Advisory, Broking or Wealth Management preferred.
• Knowledge of KYC, SEBI compliance and regulatory processes.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail, communication and coordination skills.
