Requirements

• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of handling transportation, material dispatch and goods receipts
• Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining inventory records and physical inventory arrangements.
• Willingness to learn inventory, purchase, and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, material receiving, dispatch, packing, and stock movement activities.
• Ensure accurate inventory entries, stock reconciliation, and inventory control.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock entries in our inhouse ERP and other inventory management systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse reports.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
• Conduct cold calls to vendors, suppliers, and customers for inventory and order coordination.
