Job Overview :
We seek a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our computer systems and databases. The ideal candidate is attentive to detail and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into our computer systems and databases.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data by reviewing and correcting any errors.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
- Prepare and distribute reports based on entered data.
- Assist with data entry-related projects as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in any field (not mandatory).
- Candidates who have completed 12th grade, graduates, and college dropouts can also apply.
- Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
