Back End Developer

Mandatory Skills & Experience * 8+ years of professional experience in backend development. * Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and NestJS in production environments. * Strong experience with AWS and developing/deploying backend applications on AWS cloud infrastructure. * Strong experience with PostgreSQL and other SQL and NoSQL databases. * Strong understanding of database design, query optimization, indexing, transactions, and performance tuning. * Strong hands-on experience with application deployment, release processes, and production environments. * Strong experience designing and developing scalable REST APIs and backend services. * Strong understanding of backend architecture, scalability, security, performance, and reliability. * Experience with debugging, monitoring, and resolving complex production issues. * Strong problem-solving, technical ownership, and communication skills. * Experience mentoring developers and conducting code reviews.
