Java, React, and Oracle Database technologies , along with proven experience leading development teams, driving technical solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable web applications using Java and React.
• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and business logic using Java-based frameworks.
• Design, optimize, and manage Oracle database objects, queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to development team members.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across application and database layers.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, sprint activities, and release management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for application performance, reliability, and maintainability. Required Skills
• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience in

Java , J2EE, and related frameworks.

• Expertise in

React.js and modern front-end development practices.

• Strong knowledge of

Oracle Database , SQL, PL/SQL, query optimization, and performance tuning.

• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience leading development teams and coordinating technical activities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Skills
• Experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, and Microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale application environments. Educational Qualification
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
