Back End Developer

Role Overview NR Digital 360 is looking for a

Java Backend Developer to build secure and scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices for banking and financial services applications. Experience in banking, fintech, payments, lending, or digital banking will be preferred. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build secure REST APIs, microservices, and backend services.
• Work on banking-related modules such as payments, transactions, customer data, account workflows, or reporting.
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, product, and business teams.
• Write clean, secure, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot backend issues, production defects, and performance problems.
• Follow secure coding, data protection, and financial application development practices. Required Skills
• 2+ years of Java backend development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java, Java 8+, OOPs, Collections, and Multithreading.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate, or JPA.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, authorization, and API integrations.
• Good database knowledge, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of microservices, API security, logging, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Git and Agile/Scrum practices. Preferred Skills
• Experience in banking, fintech, payments, lending, digital banking, or financial services.
• Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, encryption, role-based access, and secure coding.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, AWS, Azure, or GCP. Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be technically strong, security-conscious, and comfortable building reliable backend systems for banking applications.
