Back End Developer

Profile: Back-End Engineer Location: Andheri West, Mumbai Experience: Any (1-10 years) About the Role We’re seeking a solid Back-End Engineer with hands-on experience in any modern backend framework. You’ll be responsible for building robust, scalable APIs and server-side logic powering ZILO’s high-velocity commerce platform. Key Responsibilities and Skills Required ● Develop and maintain back-end applications - strong backend engineering skills ● Work on microservices, RESTful API integrations, and data modeling - Understanding of authentication and middleware ● Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance under high traffic ● Collaborate with managers, QA, front-end and mobile developers for seamless API integration ● DB: PostgreSQL, NoSql, MongoDB or relevant db ● Familiarity with AWS, Docker, or other deployment environments ● Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines ● Troubleshoot production issues and support deployment cycles ● Perform code reviews, manage repositories, ensure adherence to standards, and debug complex problems. Soft Skills ● Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities ● Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code - not pasting AI code ● Proficiency in relevant programming languages, databases, and development tools. ● Strong teamwork and collaboration with cross-functional teams
