Back End Developer

ACL is Hiring for Backend Developer.

What You Will Do

• End-to-End Development: Design, build, and deploy robust, scalable backend services for a core financial product.
• API Architecture: Take absolute ownership of REST API design and microservices architecture.
• Clean Code & TDD: Champion Test-Driven Development (TDD) to ensure near-zero defect injection.
• Technical Leadership (For Lead Roles): Own system design end-to-end, mentor junior engineers, and drive technical deliverables for the squad.

Mandatory Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you

must have:

• Core Java & Spring Boot: 6+ years of heavy, hands-on experience with

Java 8+ and modern Spring frameworks.

• Advanced Microservices & REST APIs: Deep expertise in microservices patterns.

Exceptional REST API design skills are mandatory.

• Event-Driven Architecture: Solid backend experience utilizing

Messaging Buses (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ).

• Engineering Excellence: Strong commitment to

Test-Driven Development (TDD) , SOLID principles, and clean code.

• Product Background: A proven track record in actual core product/application development (No pure support/maintenance profiles).
• Domain Expertise: Prior experience within the

BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain is highly preferred.
