Back End Developer

About the Role We are looking for a Backend Developer who can build scalable systems, take ownership of projects, and contribute to technical decisions. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who writes clean, reliable code and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications and APIs.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
• Integrate third-party services and external APIs.
• Optimize databases, queries, and application performance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Participate in architecture, code reviews, and technical discussions.
• Support deployments and system reliability. Requirements
• 2+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, .NET, or similar technologies.
• Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, OOP, and System Design.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with authentication, security, and API best practices.
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of working on Slack/ Jira Apps Qualifications
• B.Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA, M.Tech, M.Sc. Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Experience developing and maintaining production-grade applications.
