What You'll Build • Student & Parent Portals • School Management Systems • Internal Dashboards • APIs & Microservices • Data Pipelines & Automation Tools • Internal Technology Products Key Responsibilities ✔ API Development & Integration ✔ Database Design & Optimization ✔ Authentication & Security Implementation ✔ System Architecture & Scalability ✔ Cloud Deployment & Performance Tuning ✔ Monitoring, Debugging & Reliability Improvements You'll collaborate closely with Frontend Developers, UI/UX Designers, Product Teams, Data Teams, and Leadership to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. What We're Looking For • Strong engineering and problem-solving mindset • Passion for system design, scalability, and reliability • Experience building secure, maintainable, and efficient backend systems • Ability to optimize performance and troubleshoot complex issues • Up-to-date knowledge of modern backend technologies Tech Stack

Must Have: • Node.js / Python / Java • PostgreSQL / MongoDB / MySQL • AWS or Google Cloud • Docker • Redis • REST APIs / GraphQL

Bonus Skills: • Microservices Architecture • DevOps Workflows • CI/CD Pipelines • AI Integrations • Analytics Systems Experience • 2–5 years of Backend Development experience • Startup, Product, or Technology company experience preferred • Strong system design and problem-solving skills 📌
