Your Work Profile

We are looking for a skilled Back End Developer with 4+ years of experience in coding, debugging, and feature development using modern programming languages and frameworks. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java development, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, database technologies, and RESTful APIs, along with a solid understanding of application security, performance optimization, and scalable system design.

Key Skills Required

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in coding, debugging, and feature development.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8 and above, including object-oriented design principles, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot (Spring 5.x or newer), Spring Cloud, and Spring Security for building microservices and cloud-native applications.
• Experience in RESTful API development and Web Services using JSON for system integration.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and designing distributed, fault-tolerant, and scalable systems using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, or Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, and Elasticsearch.
• Experience with caching solutions such as Redis and Memcached to improve application performance.
• Hands-on experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Expertise in unit testing and test-driven development (TDD) using JUnit, Mockito, or TestNG.
• Strong experience with Git, including branching strategies, pull requests, and merge conflict resolution.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting tools such as ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
• Understanding and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices, OAuth, JWT, and SSL/TLS for data protection and authentication.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application bugs to ensure smooth operation.
• Experience in participating in or conducting peer code reviews to maintain code quality and share technical knowledge.
• Knowledge of implementing advanced technologies such as AI/ML and Blockchain is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain functional software applications based on business and technical requirements.
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code for high-performance applications.
• Build low-latency, high-availability, and scalable applications that operate reliably under high loads.
• Implement security and data protection protocols in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
• Integrate SQL and NoSQL data storage solutions and manage database schemas and queries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and technical issues to ensure smooth application operation.
• Explore and implement advanced technologies such as AI/ML and Blockchain where applicable.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant hands-on experience in Java backend development and modern application frameworks.

Optional Certifications

The following certifications are preferable but not mandatory:

• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) Java SE.
• Spring Professional Certification.
