• Collaborate closely with product teams to understand user requirements and define engineering solutions.
• Independently own technical challenges from ideation through to implementation and delivery.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback, ensuring the solutions are effective and meet their needs.
• Utilize solid engineering principles to evaluate and choose the appropriate technologies for each challenge.
• Solve complex problems with a focus on fundamental principles and clear reasoning.
• Actively participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team performance and code quality.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Requirements
• Proven experience in backend software development using modern programming languages.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with building, deploying, and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to deploy scalable applications.
