Back End Developer

We're looking for

Backend Developers !

Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement

scalable backend systems using cutting-edge technologies, ensuring robust performance and seamless integration with frontend applications

• Lead the design and development of

RESTful APIs , focusing on efficiency, security, and ease of consumption by client applications

• Spearhead the adoption of

microservices architecture , orchestrating the decomposition of monolithic systems into modular, maintainable services

• Drive the implementation of

cloud-native solutions , leveraging AWS, Azure, or GCP to enhance system reliability and scalability

• Optimize

database management strategies , including schema design, query optimization, and data migration plans to support growing data volumes

• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of

code quality , best practices, and continuous learning

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs
• Implement robust

error handling and logging mechanisms to ensure system stability and facilitate quick issue resolution

• Drive the adoption of

test-driven development (TDD) practices, ensuring comprehensive unit and integration testing coverage

• Conduct regular

code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain high standards of code quality and system design
