About the Role We're looking for a skilled

Backend Developer with 3–5 years of experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend fundamentals, excellent problem-solving abilities, and expertise in

Node.js, PHP (Laravel), or Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask) . Candidates with experience in designing scalable APIs, optimizing databases, and writing clean, maintainable code are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and RESTful APIs.
• Build secure authentication and authorization systems (JWT/OAuth).
• Design and optimize MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis databases.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to build robust and efficient applications.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and follow clean coding standards and best practices.
• Contribute to software architecture and system design discussions.

Required Skills Backend Technologies

• Strong experience in

Node.js (Express/NestJS) ,

PHP (Laravel) , or

Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask) .

• Experience building REST APIs and third-party API integrations.
• Good understanding of authentication, authorization, and application security.

Technical Fundamentals

• Strong knowledge of

Data Structures & Algorithms

• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• MVC Architecture
• SOLID Principles & Design Patterns
• Clean Code Practices
• Basic System Design concepts

Database & Tools

• MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis
• Git & GitHub/GitLab
• Basic Linux knowledge is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–5 years of backend development experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write scalable, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
