Key Responsibilities: • Promote and sell alarm monitoring and security services to residential and business customers • Generate leads through field visits, references, events, and digital channels • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients • Build strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets • Develop local partnerships and community outreach initiatives • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process • Provide market insights and competitor feedback to management

Requirements:

• Graduate (MBA / B.Tech preferred) • Experience in direct sales or B2C sales mandatory • Experience selling high-ticket products/services preferred • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Target-oriented and self-driven personality • Ability to work independently in field sales environment
