Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and scale our sales team. This role requires a strong leader who can drive revenue growth, build high-performing teams, and ensure exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance and target-driven culture.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports, insights, and forecasts to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
• Leverage market research and competitor analysis to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead client negotiations and oversee end-to-end deal closure and contract management.
• Ensure effective utilization of CRM tools and maintain data accuracy for performance tracking.

Who Are We Looking For

Candidate Attributes:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in EdTech or a similar industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Highly result-oriented with a strong track record of revenue growth.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, LeadSquared, or NoPaperForms.

Good to Have

• Exposure to finance and accounting courses (ACCA, CFA, CPA, CMA) or similar domains.
