Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive B2B HoReCa portfolio revenue growth through new account acquisition
• Own account-level profitability through margin and cost management
• Expand existing accounts through repeat orders, upselling, and cross-selling
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and forecasting
• Build senior-level relationships with F&B heads, procurement leaders, and chefs
• Ensure strong customer experience through fast escalation resolution
• Maintain accurate sales reporting and market intelligence for leadership visibility

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in B2B sales, key account management, or HoReCa sales (3+ years)
• Proven ability to own account-level P&L, margins, and commercial negotiations
• Strong track record of building senior client relationships and closing deals
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability, target-driven environment
• Disciplined in pipeline management, forecasting, and MIS/reporting

Education

Graduate; MBA preferred
