About this role
About the Job: A B2B quotations and follow-up role focused on preparing line-item quotes for travel agents and converting them through systematic follow-ups.
About TerrExcel is B2B destination management company established in 2022, serving travel agents across India for destinations including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Bali, and Dubai.
What You'll Own:
Prepare accurate, line-item quotations for agent enquiries (hotels, transfers, attractions, full packages).
Respond to B2B queries via email/WhatsApp within committed timelines.
Follow up systematically on open quotes to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with the founder regarding rates, availability, and special requests.
Maintain the enquiry tracker and conversion records.
Must-haves:
1–3 years of experience in a DMC, tour operator, or travel agency (quotations, sales, or operations).
Strong written English and Hindi skills; clean, professional email writing.
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word; organized and deadline-driven.
Nice-to-have: Destination knowledge of Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Bali, or Dubai.
Honest Note: The role is fast-paced, handling up to 20 enquiries on some days with tight deadlines.
