About this role
We need a sales professional who can drive B2B sales to dental clinics, hospitals, dentists and institutional customers.
Preferred Profile
Preferred Profile
- 3–6 years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience in dental equipment, medical devices, healthcare technology or capital equipment sales.
- Existing relationships with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals and distributors would be preferred.
- Strong capability in lead generation, product demonstrations, commercial negotiations and deal closure.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and demonstrations.
- Location: Bangalore, with responsibility for assigned markets.
- Build and manage the B2B sales pipeline.
- Identify and approach dental clinics, hospitals, dentists and channel partners.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the clinical and commercial benefits of the scanner.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials and close sales.
- Coordinate installations, onboarding, training and after-sales handover.
- Develop referral and channel partnerships.
- Track leads, demonstrations, quotations, conversions and collections through the CRM.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing and customer requirements.
- Work with the clinical and marketing teams to execute events, workshops and lead-generation campaigns.
