Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Weekends are Mandatory Working Days)

About the Role

NoBroker is looking for a highly motivated and target-driven B2B Sales Manager for its Plot Sales vertical. The role involves expanding NoBroker's partner ecosystem by identifying, onboarding, and managing Channel Partners, Local Brokers, and Real Estate Agents across Bangalore. This is a field-intensive individual contributor role that requires excellent networking, relationship management, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, acquire, and onboard new Channel Partners, Real Estate Agents, and Local Property Brokers across Chennai.

- Build and strengthen a high-performing partner network to drive plot sales.

- Conduct daily field visits to generate new partner acquisitions and expand market coverage.

- Develop long-term relationships with channel partners to ensure sustained business growth.

- Drive partner activation, engagement, and productivity through regular follow-ups and support.

- Achieve monthly onboarding, activation, and business targets.

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

- Maintain accurate partner data and sales activities in CRM.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and partner experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Channel Sales, Business Development, or Real Estate Sales.

- Experience in Plot Sales, Developer Sales, Property Consulting, or Channel Partner Management is preferred.

- Strong understanding of the Bangalore real estate market is an advantage.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive field sales.

- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.
