B2B Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities :-This is a 100% field sales role where the candidate will be required to travel within the assigned area and visit client locations regularly. The role mainly focuses on selling telecom services to Small and Medium Businesses (SMB). The candidate will identify new business opportunities by visiting commercial buildings, meeting business owners, and explaining telecom solutions. Building scanning, lead generation, and direct client interaction are key parts of the job. The candidate is expected to generate new customers, follow up with prospects, close sales, and achieve the monthly sales targets through active field work.

Key Deliverables

• Conduct regular field visits in the assigned territory to identify potential SMB customers.
• Perform building scanning to identify new business opportunities and approach companies operating in those buildings.
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and direct client interactions.
• Promote telecom products and solutions such as Data (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud etc.), Voice (Postpaid), Broadband and Fixed Line Business in the assigned territory to SMB clients.
• Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable telecom solutions.
• Drive core field sales activities to acquire new SMB customers and increase market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets as assigned by the company.
• Collect required customer documents and coordinate with internal teams for service activation and installation.
• Maintain daily reports on building scans, client visits, leads generated, and sales closures.
• Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the assigned territory.

Role details:

• Minimum 1+ years in B2B sales experience, for female 6months experience also ok.
• Any Graduate
• Good communication
• Age - Up to 33 Years
• Female Candidate Preferred
