B2B Sales Manager from Home Decor/Handicrafts Industry

We are hiring for the role of B2B Sales Manager/Corporate Sales Manager from Home Decor/Handicrafts Industry.

Salary: Upto 8 LPA

Experience: 3 Years - 5 Years

• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
• Identify and acquire new clients across corporate gifting, retail, hospitality, interior design, institutional, and distribution segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients and key accounts.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, references, exhibitions, online platforms, and direct outreach.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable handicraft, décor, gifting, and lifestyle products.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, presentations, and product catalogues for clients.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, quantities, and delivery schedules while maintaining company margins.
• Coordinate with sourcing, production, merchandising, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, conversions, collections, and account-wise revenue.
• Develop opportunities for bulk and customized orders, including private-label and corporate gifting requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer preferences within the handicrafts and décor segment.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, buyer-seller meets, and industry events to generate business.
• Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy receivables.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management.
