B2B Sales Executive

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily and weekly field visits across your assigned territory
• Identify and approach new business clients (retailers, distributors, businesses, institutions) through cold visits, referrals, and market mapping
• Meet decision-makers, understand their needs, and present products or solutions on-site
• Conduct product demos, sample trials, and site presentations
• Negotiate pricing and terms, and close orders
• Follow up on payments and coordinate with accounts for timely collections
• Maintain regular visits to existing clients to drive repeat orders, upsells, and renewals
• Log visits, leads, and orders daily in the CRM or sales app
• Submit daily visit reports and weekly/monthly sales reports
• Track competitor pricing, schemes, and market activity in your territory
• Coordinate with operations and delivery teams on dispatch, onboarding, and after-sales issues
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for your territory

Requirements

Must have

• Graduate in any discipline
• Proven experience in B2B or field sales with target achievement
• Strong knowledge of the local market and territory
• Good communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Hindi and local language
• Comfortable with extensive travel and field work
• Own two-wheeler (and valid driving licence) with smartphone
• Basic proficiency in CRM/sales apps, MS Excel, and WhatsApp/email

Good to have

• Experience in Automotive/ FMCG / building materials / industrial products, etc.
• Existing network among Automobile workshop
• Experience in channel or distributor handling
