Job Summary
We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with US-based business prospects, identify opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth through effective communication and follow-ups.
Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to US-based B2B prospects.
Identify and qualify potential leads.
Generate MQLs and SQLs through calling campaigns.
¢ Engage with decision-makers and understand business requirements.
¢ Explain IT services and communicate the company's value proposition.
¢ Follow up with prospects and nurture leads.
¢ Maintain accurate lead and call records.
¢ Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
Required Skills
¢ Strong verbal and communication skills.
¢ Experience in B2B Sales,Lead Generation, or US Voice Process.
¢ Knowledge of IT services is mandatory.
¢ Good convincing and objection-handling skills.
¢ Ability to communicate confidently with US clients.
¢ Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and lead-generation tools.
¢ Strong follow-up, time-management, and organizational skills.
¢ Target-oriented and self-motivated.

¢ Confident and proactive communicator.
¢ Comfortable working with US-based clients.
¢ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
¢ Prior B2B sales experience will be an advantage.
