B2B Sales Executive (Healthcare, Insurance, Diagnostics preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients (SMEs, start ups, large enterprises)
• Pitch and sell corporate health packages, diagnostic plans, and preventive healthcare solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HRs, Admin teams, and decision-makers
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outbound strategies
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos
• Customize healthcare packages based on corporate requirements
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, clinics, diagnostics) for seamless service delivery
• Track pipeline, maintain CRM updates, and report sales performance regularly
• Explore opportunities for long-term contracts and annual health tie-ups

Key Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in B2B Sales / Corporate Sales (Healthcare, Insurance, Wellness, Diagnostics preferred)
• Strong experience in lead generation and closing enterprise deals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, and Admin teams
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in selling health packages, insurance, or employee wellness programs
• Existing corporate network is a strong advantage
