Role Overview

The candidate will be responsible for generating B2B leads, managing customer relationships, coordinating orders, and handling customer queries and complaints. The role requires strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert B2B leads through calls, networking, market research, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Identify potential distributors, retailers, corporate clients, institutions, cafés, restaurants, and other B2B customers.
• Handle product enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order-related communication.
• Maintain relationships with existing B2B customers and drive repeat business.
• Respond to customer queries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, production, and finance teams for smooth order fulfilment.
• Track orders, dispatches, deliveries, and customer issues.
• Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with the internal team.
• Maintain customer, sales, enquiry, and complaint records.
• Prepare basic sales/customer support MIS and reports.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, customer support, business development, inside sales, or account management.
• FMCG/Food & Beverage experience will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple teams.
