About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and execution-focused B2B Operations & solutioning expert at the Assistant Manager role to drive the end-to-end delivery and operational management of our corporate learning and capability building programmes. The role will work closely with corporate clients, internal teams, academic and industry partners, faculty, and programme stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of high-impact B2B learning journeys.
This role is pivotal in translating client requirements into well-executed programmes, managing programme timelines and deliverables, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a high-quality learner and client experience, and driving operational excellence across leadership development, AI enablement, technology, and customised learning programmes.
The role will also support the B2C client work focusing on program management for successful delivery & student engagement for the executive education programs.
Key responsibilities
1. Client / B2B Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary operational POC for B2B clients
Understand client requirements and translate them into proposals (detailing program flow, session plan and execution plan)
Regular status updates, escalation management and issue resolution
Coordinate with client HR/ L&D teams and other stakeholders.
2. B2B Program Operations
End-to-end execution of corporate/institutional learning programs
Program onboarding, scheduling and learner communication
Coordinate faculty, mentors, career teams, vendors and internal stakeholders
Ensure sessions, assessments, projects, certificates and other deliverables happen on time
Maintain program trackers, dashboards and MIS
3. Learner & Faculty Coordination
Manage learner onboarding and engagement
Attendance, feedback, queries and issue resolution
Faculty/mentor scheduling and coordination
Ensure smooth session delivery across online/offline/hybrid formats.
4. Process & Automation
Identify repetitive operational activities and improve processes
Build/maintain SOPs and trackers
Work with CRM/automation tools
Automate reminders, attendance, feedback, scheduling, reports etc.
5. Reporting
Prepare weekly/monthly B2B program reports
Track attendance, engagement, completion, NPS/feedback and escalations
Highlight risks and proactively suggest corrective actions
Must-have skills
B2B Operations experience
Has independently handled B2B/corporate accounts or programs.
Understands the complete lifecycle from client requirement → proposal → program launch → delivery → closure.
L&D stakeholder management — MUST HAVE
Has directly interacted with HR, L&D, Talent Development, Learning/Capability Heads and other corporate stakeholders.
Understands how corporate learning requirements are gathered and converted into solutions.
Comfortable participating in client calls and requirement discussions.
Proposal creation — MUST HAVE
Has hands-on experience creating B2B/L&D proposals.
Can convert a client's requirement into:
Program structure
Learning objectives
Curriculum/modules
Delivery methodology
Faculty/mentor profiles
Timelines
Commercials/pricing inputs
Proposal/presentation
Should be comfortable working on PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel.
Solutioning / Program Design
Can understand a client problem and suggest an appropriate learning intervention rather than simply executing an already-designed program.
Experience with customised/corporate learning programs is a strong plus.
Client communication
Confident speaking with corporate L&D/HR stakeholders.
Strong email and presentation skills.
Can manage follow-ups, requirements, revisions and negotiations professionally.

Qualification:
- Min Graduate – Experience in managing events – pre and post
- Preferably from Edtech, Service, hospitality industry
