Job Role: B2B Payment Collection - Bike Rider

Location: GT Karnal Road, near Model Town Metro Station

Role Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive executive to visit clients for payment collection, follow up on outstanding dues, and support day-to-day field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clients for payment collection as per assigned schedules.
• Follow up on pending payments through calls and client visits.
• Coordinate with the accounts team regarding invoices, outstanding balances, and payment confirmations.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, collections, and client commitments.
• Ensure timely and secure handover of collected payments and related documents.
• Resolve basic payment queries and escalate delays or disputes.
• Submit daily updates on collections, pending payments, and field activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 6 months - 2 years of experience in payment collection, field operations, or a similar role.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable travelling locally and meeting clients regularly.
• Honest, punctual, and responsible when handling payments.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, digital payments, and recordkeeping.
• Own bike and valid driving licence preferred.
