Join our B2B Airline Ticketing Operations Team at Travelopedia Online Private Limited.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle B2B travel agent queries through calls and emails.
Assist with airline bookings, ticket issuance, cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.

Monitor pending cases and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.

Maintain accurate records, CRM updates, and operational documentation

.
Follow company SOPs and deliver quality customer support.

What We Are Looking For:

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in email.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A willingness to learn and grow in the airline ticketing industry.
Prior experience in travel operations or airline ticketing is an advantage.
