B2B Marketing Manager

• Identify and develop new B2B customers and business opportunities across assigned markets.
  
• Generate leads through prospecting, market research, networking, conferences, and customer referrals.
  
• Engage with R&D, procurement, sourcing, technical, and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
  
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to develop suitable solutions based on customer needs.
  
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial responses for customer opportunities.
  
• Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through negotiation, follow-up, and closure.
  
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular engagement.
  
• Track sales pipeline, forecasts, follow-ups, and business conversions through CRM.
  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential target accounts.
  
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and new-customer acquisition targets within the role.
  
• Travel for customer meetings, conferences, and business development activities as required.
