  4. School Engagement & Execution:
  5. Conduct offline Olympiads Exam across schools.Ensure students participate in Olympiads .Visit schools as per the schedule and engage with principals, administrators, and decision-makers.
  6. OMR & Logistics Management:
  7. Ensure students correctly fill OMR sheets with their phone numbers during the execution.Verify OMR accuracy before submission to avoid discrepancies.Collect Olympiad papers & OMR sheets and dispatch them on time.Manage courier dispatch and collection efficiently.
  8. Coordination & Scheduling:
  9. Work closely with the online team for scheduling and execution.Plan and confirm school visits for timely Olympiad execution.Maintain proper records of executed schools, student participation, and OMR dispatch status.
  11. Key Requirements:
  12. Freshers & experienced candidates (0-3 years) are welcome.Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage school visits.Graduate (B.Tech preferred); MBA is a plus.
