What will you do every day?

* Travel daily to assigned schools according to the execution schedule.
* Visit partnered schools and coordinate with *Principals, Vice Principals, School Coordinators, Teachers, and other school authorities* before the Olympiad begins.
* Coordinate with the *Online Execution Team* to confirm school schedules, exam timings, student participation, and execution plans.
* Conduct the *FREE SCORE Olympiad* in schools as per the planned schedule.
* Ensure all students receive the correct question papers and OMR answer sheets before the examination begins.

* Guide students on how to correctly fill the *OMR Answer Sheet, especially important details such as their **Name, Class, Section, School Name, and Mobile Number*, as this information is required for result processing.
* Monitor the examination process and ensure the exam is conducted smoothly without any operational issues.
* Verify every OMR sheet before collecting it to ensure all mandatory details are filled correctly and there are no errors.
* Collect all OMR sheets and question papers immediately after the examination.
* Pack and dispatch the OMR sheets through courier to the central processing team within the given timeline.
* Maintain accurate records of:

* Schools visited
* Olympiads conducted
* Student participation count
* OMR dispatch status
* Daily execution reports
* Build and maintain good relationships with schools to ensure smooth execution of future Olympiads.
* Coordinate continuously with the Online Execution Team until the entire Olympiad process is successfully completed.

Your job is to travel to different schools every day and successfully conduct the FREE SCORE Olympiad. You coordinate with Principals, Teachers, School Coordinators, and the Online Execution Team to ensure the exam runs smoothly. During the exam, you guide students in filling their OMR sheets correctly, collect and verify the OMR sheets after the exam, and dispatch them for result processing. You also maintain good relationships with schools for future Olympiads.

 The students who participate in the Olympiad become potential leads for the Admission Counselling Team, which later guides parents and converts interested students into admissions. Through successful Olympiad execution and maximum student participation, you directly contribute to the organization's admissions and revenue growth
