Role & responsibilities

• New Business Acquisition- Identify and onboard new B2B clients manufacturers, traders, distributors, and retailers who have regular
• Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, cold outreach, discovery calls, site visits, commercial proposals, and deal closure.
• Own a monthly revenue target for your assigned territory and be accountable for delivery against it every billing cycle.
• Coordinate with the PTL Operations and Customer Success teams to resolve transit delays, damage claims, or POD issues that affect client experience.
• Identify upsell opportunities such as dedicated lane commitments, cross-dock usage, or value-added services within the first 90 days of account activation.
• Work with the central Pricing team to structure competitive per-kg or per-consignment rates for mid-volume accounts.
• • Understand client lane requirements (origindestination pairs, frequency, average consignment weight) and translate them into a Delhivery PTL proposal.
• Map the competitive surface freight landscape in your territory — identify accounts held direct competition or regional players.
