B2B Demand Generation & Performance Marketing Manager| Lead & Revenue

Reports to: Head of Marketing

Location : Vennala,Kochi

Experience: 6 + Years (Mandatory)

Salary: INR 70,000 - INR 130,000 per month.

Plan, execute, measure, and improve marketing programs for the assigned brands and serve as the single point of contact to the business teams.

Primary responsibilities:

1. Serve as the marketing lead for assigned internal brands, handling requests ranging from sales enablement assets, to performance campaigns and everything in between.
2. Develop and execute annual operating plans aligned with branding, growth and revenue goals.
3. Direct a shared pool of paid media marketers, content writers, and creative resources against your assigned brands - briefing work, setting priorities, and reviewing output to bring campaigns and sales enablement assets to life.
4. Own omni-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns to engage, nurture and convert the leads pipeline
5. Partner with the systems team for automations and integrations to improve marketing efficiency
6. Track performance metrics weekly and provide clear ROI updates to the Head of Marketing and brand leads.

Qualifications:

1. You have owned pipeline targets - leads and revenue, not contributed to one.
2. You have shouldered marketing P&L responsibilities, if not directly answerable to.
3. You have run (not supervised) inbound and outbound campaigns.
4. You have hands-on experience in content marketing.
5. You have either implemented from ground up or significantly improved marketing analytics and attribution.
6. You are comfortable with setting up cross-platform orchestrations and automation workflows.
