B2B Demand Generation & Lead Generation Assistant Manager / Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a B2B Demand Generation & Lead Generation Manager to drive qualified leads and build a strong marketing pipeline for the business.

This is a hands-on role for a marketer with strong understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, lead funnels, and sales alignment, with the ability to convert marketing campaigns into measurable business opportunities.

Experience in staffing, recruitment, HR services, HR Tech, or workforce solutions will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute B2B lead-generation and demand-generation campaigns across multiple channels.
• Generate high-quality leads through:
• LinkedIn
• Email Marketing
• Paid Media
• Content Marketing
• Webinars/Events
• Partnerships
• Develop campaigns targeting specific industries, accounts, and buyer personas.
• Build and optimize lead funnels to improve MQL, SQL, conversion, and pipeline generation.
• Work closely with Sales/BD teams to improve lead quality, qualification, nurturing, and conversion.
• Create and manage campaign assets such as:
• Landing pages
• Email campaigns
• Case studies
• Sales collateral
• Track campaign performance and continuously optimize campaigns for better ROI.
• Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for strategic accounts.
• Manage and leverage CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Candidate Requirements

• 49 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience.
• Strong focus on Lead Generation and Demand Generation.
• Proven experience generating qualified leads and sales pipeline through marketing.
• Strong understanding of:
• B2B buyer journey
• Lead nurturing
• Marketing-to-sales conversion
• Experience with:
• LinkedIn
• Email Marketing
• Paid Advertising
• Content Marketing
• Webinars/Events
• Data-driven approach with experience tracking:
• CPL
• MQLs
• SQLs
• Conversion Rate
• Marketing-sourced Pipeline
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage campaigns from Strategy Execution Measurement Optimization.

Education

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM preferred.

Experience

• 4–9 years of experience.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience in Staffing / Recruitment / HR-related businesses.
• Experience with Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, or similar tools.
• Experience in ABM and B2B Marketing.
• Experience working closely with Sales/BD teams.
