B2B Credit Underwriter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Managing the customer credit portfolio
• Analyze and assess the financial statements and credit history of existing and potential clients
• Review credit applications and perform credit checks
• Structure deals and perform risk assessments
• Ability to make informed decisions backed by sound assessment
• Consult and negotiate with clients regarding financial transactions, payment terms and credit limits
• Understanding of business, economic, and industry risk

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in credit underwriting or related field.
• Strong understanding of credit risk analysis, including financial statement analysis and balance sheet review.
• Proficiency in cash flow analysis and ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Experience working with commercial loans, SBA loans, or other types of business financing.
