B2B Corporate sales -- Associate/Sr. Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients for PTL services across target industries
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers through market mapping, referrals, partnerships, and industry engagement
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to onboard new accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, pricing, solutions) to design customized logistics solutions
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategy
• Ensure smooth onboarding and initial service delivery for new clients
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics
• Drive long-term relationships with key clients to ensure retention and growth

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or transportation
• Proven track record in new business acquisition and revenue generation
• Strong understanding of PTL operations and logistics solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
