1. Graduate in Engineering, Computer/IT, Marketing, Business, or a related field
2. 3-10 years of B2B/channel sales experience, preferably in IT, networking or technology
3. Proven experience working with Distributors, VARs, SIs, MSPs or Resellers
4. Good understanding of networking products and IT infrastructure
5. Experience in channel expansion, revenue growth and partner acquisition preferred
6. Strong partner development, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
