B2B and B2C Sales Executive/Sr. Executive

Role 1: Enterprise / B2B Sales Executive

Youll bring in businesses that need storage, inventory space, document storage, and office relocation.

• Generate and close B2B leads: SMEs, e-commerce sellers, corporates, co-working spaces, real estate developers, and housing societies
• Run the full cycle from prospecting and cold outreach to meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closure
• Build channel partnerships with brokers, facility managers, and relocation partners
• Manage key accounts and drive renewals and upsells
• Maintain a clean pipeline in CRM and hit monthly revenue targets

Role 2: B2C Sales Executive

Youll convert inbound leads from people moving homes, relocating cities, renovating, or travelling.

• Handle inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and website enquiries, and convert them into bookings
• Understand customer needs, recommend the right storage or move plan, and quote with confidence
• Follow up consistently and turn maybe later into book it now”
• Coordinate with ops to ensure a smooth pickup and onboarding experience
• Track conversions, call metrics, and customer feedbackRole & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• 1–4 years of experience in sales (B2B or B2C), ideally in logistics, storage, relocation, real estate, proptech, or consumer services
• Strong communication in English and Hindi
• Comfortable with targets, field work, a 6-day work week, and a fast-moving startup pace
• Working knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, or Google Sheets
• Ownership mindset: you see a problem and fix it without waiting to be told
• Sales roles: a proven track record of meeting or beating targets
