Job Description

The role involves supporting rubber compound development, laboratory evaluation, material testing, and product development activities while working alongside experienced R&D professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support rubber compound development and formulation activities.
• Conduct laboratory testing and evaluation of rubber compounds and raw materials.
• Assist in material characterization and performance evaluation.
• Support tyre development and product improvement projects.
• Analyze test results and prepare technical reports.
• Assist in troubleshooting and improvement of rubber compound performance.
• Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and other technical teams.
• Contribute to new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualification

• B.Tech / B.E. in Rubber Technology / Rubber Engineering
• Freshers to 1 year of relevant experience can apply.
• Strong understanding of rubber technology, polymers, compounding, and material testing preferred.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
