Key Responsibilities

• Support the Quality team in in-process and final quality inspection.
• Assist in identifying and analyzing quality issues, defects, and root causes.
• Support implementation of quality standards, procedures, and control plans.
• Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
• Assist in RCA, CAPA, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Coordinate with Production and other departments to ensure quality compliance.
• Learn and work with quality tools, measuring instruments, and inspection processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement and process quality initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.
• Strong interest in Quality Assurance / Quality Control.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing/plant environment.

Training Program

The selected candidate will undergo a 6-month structured training program with practical exposure to manufacturing, inspection, quality systems, and plant processes.
