B.Tech Graduate Trainee - Manufacturing & Operations

• ;Support Production, Operations, Sales, and Technical teams based on business and project requirements

• ;Assist with production coordination, documentation, reporting, and process tracking

• ;Learn and understand manufacturing processes, workflows, and day-to-day business operations

• ;Support cross-functional teams in project execution and process improvement initiatives

• ;Maintain reports, trackers, and basic MIS using Microsoft Excel

• ;Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing operational data

• ;Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned activities

• ;Participate in process improvement initiatives and gain practical exposure to medical device manufacturing

• ;Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical, or related engineering disciplines

• ;Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply

• ;Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial workflows

• ;Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• ;Strong learning attitude and willingness to work across different functions

• ;Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting will be preferred

• ;Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment

• ;Candidates residing in or near Mangolpuri / North-West Delhi will be preferred

• ;C- Hands-on exposure to medical device manufacturing

• ;Cross-functional experience across Production, Operations, Sales, and Technical teams

• ;Practical understanding of industrial processes and business operations
