Position : Assistant Executive - Production

Job Description

• Manage production line workers and oversee daily production planning and scheduling of the plant.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance planning and scheduling to minimize downtime.
• Prepare production management information systems (MIS) and analyze quantity and rate variances.
• Implement production design and scheduling processes to optimize workflow.
• Monitor production efficiency and ensure adherence to production basics and standards.
• Support the production part approval process and master production scheduling.
• Utilize SAP production planning and production planning software for effective management.
• Conduct production reporting and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with footwear production standards and mass production requirements.
